How booking works

Booking requests

Sending a booking request doesn’t commit you to anything and no money is taken. It tells us who wants to travel so we can check availability. Your places are only confirmed when we email you to say so.

What we need from each passenger

• Full name exactly as it appears on their passport or photo ID, so airline tickets match.
• Date of birth.
• Any dietary or access needs we should pass on to hotels and transport.
• An emergency contact who isn’t travelling, for the whole booking.

Prices

Prices are per person and, unless a trip says otherwise, based on two people sharing a room. Upgrades and room supplements are shown on each trip, and your confirmation email sets out the full price for your booking in writing.

Deposits and balances

Once your places are confirmed, a deposit secures them. The balance is due by the date shown on the trip and in your confirmation. We’ll send you a secure link to pay each one, and a reminder before the balance is due.

Travel documents

You’re responsible for travelling with valid ID. For trips to Ireland, airlines ask for valid photo ID and a passport is the safest choice. We’ll tell you what’s needed for each trip when we confirm.

Booking conditions

Our full booking conditions, including changes and cancellations, will be published on this page before any payment is taken. If you have a question before you book, ask us.
